My mother in the USA uses this oil for arthritis and various niggles and is a big fan. Saw it on this site at a discount so have given it a go. Thought initially everything was very subtle but after 3 weeks the benefits have started to really show. My concentration has improved, sleeping better and feeling calm despite the crazy time at work. Might try the stronger bottle next time as I am a big bloke!
