Usage
Part fill the pipette and place the oil underneath the tongue and hold for 90 seconds before swallowing. Actual dose requirement depends on several factors including bodyweight. We recommend starting with 0.15ml – 0.25ml (as indicated on the supplied pipette and equating to approx 3-5 drops) and then altering the dose to suit your individual needs.
Each individual drop (0.05ml) contains 5mg of CBD
We recommend that you do not exceed more than 70mg of CBD per day.
Can be used before, during or after activity.
